Mr. Garber is the managing attorney of the firm. Having handled numerous high
profile cases, he has appeared on both national and local television programs
and cases he has litigated have been the subject of news coverage throughout the
country. Mr. Garber has testified before the legislature to protect the rights
of victims of hit & run drivers.
Mr. Garber was admitted to the bar of Pennsylvania and New Jersey in 1984
after graduating from Temple University School of Law. Since his admission, Mr.
Garber has served as counsel to Rutgers Casualty Insurance Company, a regional
casualty insurance company. Mr. Garber handled insurance litigation matters
throughout the State of New Jersey and in Southeastern Pennsylvania during his
tenure at Rutgers Casualty.
Thereafter, Mr. Garber became General Counsel to Automotive Management
Systems, Inc., one of the largest independent franchisors in New Jersey. At AMS,
Mr. Garber handled general corporate matters as well as substantial litigation
matters involving franchisor/franchisee rights, contract law, negligence and
general commercial issues.
In 1987, Mr. Garber entered private practice and has worked diligently to
protect the rights of the common man ever since. Specializing in litigation, Mr.
Garber has handled thousands of personal injury matters including automobile
accidents, falls, medical negligence, dog bites, product liability cases and
work place accidents. He also has extensive experience litigating matrimonial
matters including divorce, custody and visitation matters.
The firm also handles workers compensation, matrimonial, criminal, civil
rights, residential real estate, odometer fraud, consumer fraud and employment
cases including wrongful termination and harassment cases.
Mr. Garber is 45 years old and resides in Voorhees, New Jersey with his wife
and three children.
